The product combines familiar inbox controls with AI-generated summaries and assisted reply creation inside the message workflow.

02 · Problem

Reading long messages, rebuilding context and drafting repetitive replies can slow down inbox work. The challenge was to reduce that effort without making AI feel separate from the email experience.

Keep the inbox model familiar and easy to scan
Make AI output reviewable before it is used
Preserve normal organization controls around AI features

Product approach

Start with the working journey.

The design keeps messages and normal inbox actions at the center. AI appears where it can shorten reading or drafting work, while the user remains responsible for reviewing the result.
