Ansilo brings reusable support answers into one place for founders and small SaaS teams handling customer questions themselves.
02 · Problem
Answering similar customer questions across conversations means finding or rewriting the same information repeatedly. Ansilo gives those answers a reusable home.
03 · Constraints
Product approach
The product centres on a simple answer workflow: save and organise a response, copy it when a customer asks, and publish it publicly when it belongs in the help centre. Ansilo is not an AI chatbot.
Product & engineering decisions
The library keeps answers available for repeat questions across customer conversations.
A founder copies and checks a response before sending it; the product does not act as a chatbot.
Answers can remain in the library or be selected for the public help centre.

Outcome or practical value
Ansilo is a working example of a focused SaaS product built around one recurring support task: maintaining answers that can be reused privately or published publicly. No usage or business results are claimed.
Daivik Jain / AIlogy's role
Ansilo is Daivik Jain's own product, built with Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and Supabase. It is not a client engagement.
Start with the scope
Share the workflow, users and first useful outcome. The next step is to reduce the idea into a focused product direction.
