CRM & operations platform
Anonymized production system
A backend-driven CRM and operations platform built to organize leads, customers, admin workflows and day-to-day business visibility.
01 · Project overview
The product brings core operational activity into one structured system, with distinct views for administrators and team members.
02 · Problem
Lead, customer and workflow information needed a clearer operating structure. Without a central product, ownership, status and next actions were harder to follow consistently.
03 · Constraints
Product approach
The build started with the operational model: who uses the system, what each role needs to see, and how a lead or customer moves through the workflow. Interface decisions followed that backend and permission structure.
Product & engineering decisions
Dashboards and navigation were shaped around the decisions each role needs to make.
Lead, customer and workflow states were organized around a central backend structure.
Statuses and ownership stay close to the record so operational work is easier to follow.

Outcome or practical value
The practical value is a more coherent operating system: records, roles and repeated workflows live in one product instead of being treated as disconnected tasks. Confidential performance data is intentionally not shown.
